Fresh Yuzu molded into Soba dough,
served in a very thin cut


広島産牡蠣のカレー揚げ
Crisp curry flavored oyster
from Hiroshima


ホタテと甘エビのタルタル、キャヴィアを添えて
Tarter of scallops and sweet shrimp,
served with caviar


前菜三点皿
(厚焼き玉子、柿の白和え、えび芋の素揚げ)
Three appetizers plate
(Japanese omelette,
Persimmons in white Tofu cream,
Fried Kyoto potato)


厚岸産大アサリの白ワイン蒸し
Large Asari clams from Akkeshi, in eastern Hokkaido,
in a charddonay sauce


和牛の味噌煮(岩手牛)
Tender braised Wagyu Beef form Iwate,
Miso soy sauce with a hint of Phone wine


天ぷら
(特大車海老と松茸)
Tempura of a giant shrimp and Matsutake mushroom

せいろそば
Seiro, simple plain cold Soba

石垣産パパイヤ
Papaya from Ishigaki Island, Okinawa
