a small starter soba of cherry leaves molded with salt dried cherry flowers

小あじの素揚げ(駿河湾)
Crisp fried baby Mackerel from Suruga Bay

新緑豆腐
Fresh Homemade Tofu with sesame, Yomogi spring greens;
topped with flower petal lily bulb

前菜三点皿
(厚焼き玉子、菜の花の辛し和え、焼き筍)
Three appetizers plate
(Japanese omlette, Nanohana mustard greens,
Grilled bamboo shoots with miso sauce)

すき焼きロール
Wagyu beef Roll with vegetables, Sukiyaki taste, with egg yolk sauce

道明寺桜蒸し
Rice with Snapper steamed with cherry leaves in our savory Dashi,
garnished with bamboo

天ぷら(車海老と春野菜)
Tempura of a giant sweet prawn and seasonal vegetables

せいろそぼ
Simple plain cold soba
